Driven by compressed air, dry ice particles at -78.5°C are ejected at high velocity onto the surface of objects.


The cleaning effect comes from three physical actions:
Kinetic impact: High-speed particles strike and loosen dirt and attachments.
Low-temperature embrittlement: Extreme cold makes grease, carbon deposits and old coatings shrink, turn brittle and crack.
Instant sublimation: Dry ice transforms directly from solid into gas after impact, expanding around 800 times in volume. The expansion force thoroughly peels off contaminants.

Dry ice is food-grade material and fully eco-friendly. It leaves no residue after sublimation. This process uses no chemicals or water, causes no damage to the base material and generates minimal secondary waste.
